  • 1 1/2 cups basmati rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Ragu tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 7 cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 2 teaspoons biryani masala
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

  • Stir fry the cumin seeds. When they sizzle add the chopped onion. Cook for a minute.

  • Put paste in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • In a fresh pan heat the rest of the ghee.
